SUMMARY
Provides consistent, high quality service to Federal's motorcycle relocation customers. Supports and implements the policies and procedures of the Federal Companies. Assures compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming phone calls from current and potential motorcycle relocation customers.
Gives accurate quotes for servicds requested.
Receives training on motorcycle types and transit schedules .

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-3 years experience in customer service and general office support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. |
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. |
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. |

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic PC and mainframe (iSeries/AS400) user skills which allow for navigating, viewing, and data entry into Federal and Allied Van Lines systems. Includes experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel, e-mail, Internet access and searches, and network navigation.
Ability to operate basic office equipment (fax machine, copier, calculator, etc.)
